This opportunity is for a sole-source, one-year contract to deploy a Cognitive Monitoring Tool for the Defense Health Agency (DHA) in support of Operation Epic Fury. - Sole-source contract with H2 Cognitive Designs for licenses, support, and training - Zero-footprint, browser-based, cloud-native software solution - API integration with Department of the Army systems - Human performance optimization features included - Urgent requirement for rapid deployment to support U.S. Service Members in combat operations - One-year period of performance, with plans for a competitive follow-on contract - Place of performance and contracting office at Joint Base San Antonio Fort Sam Houston, Texas - No competing vendors for this initial contract, but future competition anticipated
