3. BACKGROUND
PSC: DA10 - IT AND TELECOM- WEB-BASED SUBSCRIPTION
NAICS: 541511 - Custom Computer Programming Services
The USAF JAGC operates in a hyper-competitive legal market, vying for top-tier legal talent against high-paying private sector law firms and other public service organizations. Historical military recruiting methods, which traditionally rely on on-campus interviews and career fairs, are resource-intensive and have a limited reach. Furthermore, these methods present significant logistical and financial constraints; the USAF JAGC recruiting staff is limited in size, and its travel budget is finite, making it impossible to establish a physical presence at every law school of interest. These conventional approaches are no longer sufficient to effectively engage with a broad and diverse pool of candidates in a digital age.
The contractor shall provide a firm-fixed-price subscription service for the 12twenty online recruiting platform. This is an intentional and targeted approach to recruiting, which is necessary for the JAGC to attract and retain diverse and talented Air Force officers in a competitive market. The JAGC is seeking to procure access to an online collegiate and law school recruiting network to modernize the JAGC’s current recruiting strategy. This network should include the ability for the JAGC to market directly to students using the online network, as well as to positively identify potential high-quality applicants based on resumes and data uploaded by students.
Performance can take place remotely, with occasional (quarterly) communications via email and virtual meetings. At a minimum, two virtual meetings will occur between the Contractor and Code 61 at the start and conclusion of the contract period..
