Description

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers - St. Paul District requires a Contractor to supply one side-by-side utility terrain vehicle (SxS UTV) capable of fitting 6 people, with a hard cab, heating/AC, a power dump bed, and a 4,500 lb front mount winch. Full specifications are listed in the RFQ statement of work. Contractor will deliver UTV FOB(D) to Lock and Dam 8 in Genoa, WI. Delivery is desired by 26 May 2026. This solicitation is 100% set-aside for small businesses under NAICS 336999 with an SBA size standard of 1,000 employees. Offerors are requested to submit documentation that the equipment they are offering fully meets requirements (i.e. a spec sheet) and Country of Origin information.
