Description

This solicitation is for the maintenance of all County-owned streetlights in PEPCO, Potomac Edison, and BG&E service areas within Montgomery County, Maryland. The contractor will furnish all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to maintain underground-fed, primarily free-standing streetlights, including those mounted on signals, bridges, tunnels, and bollards. Maintenance responsibilities include all above-ground infrastructure from the hand box or hand-hole at the base of the pole to the luminaire, with some exceptions for underground cable maintenance as specified. Compensation for underground wire repairs will be based on time and materials, subject to prior approval by the Engineer.
