The U.S. Embassy Panama, under the Department of State, is seeking a contractor to provide comprehensive venue decoration services for the USA Independence Day 250th Anniversary Celebration. - Government Buyer: - U.S. Embassy Panama City, Department of State, General Services Office (GSO) - Products and Services Requested: - Full-service venue decoration for a high-profile event with approximately 800 guests - Key deliverables include: - Thematic decoration of event spaces (El Salon, Terraza, Prado del Canal) with drapery, decorative fixtures, and floral arrangements - Decoration and setup of food and beverage stations - Provision of furniture and furnishings (tables, cocktail tables, lounge seating, side tables, bar stations) - Rental and setup of two climate-controlled luxury portable restrooms and four single portable restrooms - Installation of two transparent tents (one large air-conditioned tent ~15m x 18m and one 6m x 12m tent with cooling solution), including lighting and hard flooring - Commercial-grade, waterproof fireworks display at Veracruz (approx. 9 minutes, with various effects and grand finale) - Lighting and electrical services for the event - Labor for delivery, setup, on-site staffing, and breakdown - Additional services or costs as needed - Unique or Notable Requirements: - Event theme: "The Golden Age and American Greatness Through the Eras" with sophisticated, glitzy decor and specific color schemes - Setup must be completed by 2:00 pm on event day; teardown by 11:59 pm the following day - Weekly coordination meetings with Embassy points of contact - Site visit at the Biomuseo for interested offerors - Open to all businesses, including small and women-owned small businesses - No specific OEMs or named vendors are referenced in the solicitation or attachments.

Description

The U.S. Embassy Panama has a requirement for Venue Decoration Services as per the attached Statement of Work (SOW). Pricing shall be submitted in the format and for the quantities indicated in the statement of work.

The solicitation number is 19PM0726Q0009 and is issued as a Request for Quotation. 

Services to be acquired: Venue decoration services for  the USA Independence Day 250th Anniversary Celebration, to be held on Thursday, July 2, 2026, as described in the attached Statement of Work (SOW). Services shall be performed at the location specified in the SOW. The Government intends to award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the lowest priced technically acceptable offeror who is a responsible contractor.
