The Mission Installation Contracting Command (MICC) - Fort Hood, under the Department of the Army, is seeking sources for leasing equipment to support an Integrated Survivable Private 5G system at Fort Hood, Texas. - Government Buyer: - Department of the Army, Mission Installation Contracting Command (MICC) - Fort Hood - Products/Services Requested: - Leasing of equipment for an Integrated Survivable Private 5G system - System must include Local Edge, Hybrid Cloud, and SATCOM Connectivity - Technical requirements are detailed in an attached document ("Salient Characteristics 23 APR 26.docx") - Lease period is 90 days - Purpose is to determine network interoperability and inform future requirements - OEMs and Vendors: - No specific OEMs or vendors are named in the notice - Unique/Notable Requirements: - Small business set-aside - Equipment must meet salient characteristics as defined in the attachment - Performance and delivery at Fort Hood, Texas - No specific product models, part numbers, or quantities provided in the notice

THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE ONLY. The purpose of this notice is solely to see if there is a market that is capable of meeting this requirement.

Period of Performance: (90 days) Subject to Change

Description of service

The Government requires the leasing of equipment that meet the salient characteristics (please see attachment) for a period of 90 days to determine network interoperability and drive future decision points for requirements.

The USG intends to 100% set-aside this acquisition for a small business concern.

All questions must be submitted no later than 2:00 PM Central Time (UTC-5) on May 1, 2026, to both the Contract Specialist and the Contract Officer at the above email addresses. Answers to questions will be provided NLT 2:00 PM Central Time    (UTC-5) on May 3, 2026.
