Description

The New York Army National Guard has a requirement for Catered Meals to be delivered to Fort Indian Town Gap Annville, PA  from 3 – 6 JUNE 2026.

Delivery Location: Building 6-203 DFAC Fort Indian Town Gap Annville, PA. 17003-5099, subject to change pending training needs.

Type of Meal: Bulk Trays to be provided. Soldiers will serve themselves.

Total Breakfasts 1,344 qty and Total Dinners 1,855 qty: See Feeding Schedule attached for daily quantities, restricted meals, and menu #s.

Meal Restrictions: 2 vegetarian meals, 1 pescatarian, 10 Halal, and 2 Kosher. See feeding schedule for specific day meal, AND the Notes section.

Restricted meals shall be labeled and kept separate from all other meals per SOW, Paragraph 1.5.1.

Additional Remarks:

Requesting To-Go containers and see Statement of work, paragraph 1.6.8 for additional items. Kitchen with full utilities is available in DFAC. If the government determines necessary, the government will inspect meals to ensure the quality standard described in the Statement of Work or Performance Work Statement has been met.

This requirement is 100% small business set-aside.

This is a firm fixed price contract.

Award will be made to the lowest responsible offer/ quote that can meet the criteria in the RFQ, Statement of Work, Feeding Schedule,  21-Day meal menu and this posting.

For offer/ quote to be considered responsive and eligible for award the following is required;  

Offeror is currently registered and active as a small business in www.sam.gov. Offerors must have FAR 52.204-26 completed in SAM.gov Reps & Certs or they must return a completed copy of FAR 52.204-26 with their quote. FAR 52.204-26 can be found in the attached RFQ PDF or at https://www.acquisition.gov If  offeror is subcontracting requirement, subcontractor must be in U.S. and offeror must provide contact information and company address of subcontractor. Must provide best and final quote for ALL items required. Provide all necessary documents referenced in Statement of Work, paragraphs 1.7.2, 1.7.4 and 1.7.5 with quote to prove compliance. Submit best and final quote as follows;
