The Department of the Air Force at Joint Base San Antonio-Lackland is seeking small business contractors to lease, install, operate, and maintain temporary commercial-grade HVAC systems and supporting equipment for six Military Working Dog kennels. - Government Buyer: - Department of the Air Force, 502D Air Base Wing, 502D Contracting Squadron, Joint Base San Antonio-Lackland - Products and Equipment Requested: - 12 commercial-grade HVAC units (minimum 10-ton capacity, trailer-mounted, with duct sock accessories) - 2 HVAC units per kennel - 6 generators (to power HVAC units, max 70 decibel noise level, includes fuel and refueling services) - Temporary fencing and signage equipment - Electrical wiring, switches, circuit breakers, and wiring harnesses for HVAC operation - Services Required: - Lease, installation, operation, maintenance, and removal of HVAC units and generators - 24/7 maintenance and emergency repair with a maximum 2-hour response time - Site assessment, documentation (including digital photos), and site restoration at contract end - Development and implementation of a quality control plan - Unique/Notable Requirements: - HVAC systems must maintain kennel temperatures between 45-85°F - Contractor must provide all equipment, labor, supervision, and comply with safety, environmental, and security protocols for base access - Emergency service must be available at all times with rapid response - No specific OEMs, brands, or part numbers are specified; solutions must meet commercial-grade and industry standards - Place of Performance: - All work and equipment delivery at Joint Base San Antonio-Lackland, Texas, specifically at six designated kennel buildings

The government is interested in collecting market data/information in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (RFO) Part 10.
