Description

LMG is seeking proposals from qualified consultants to provide support with maintaining compliance with state Tax Increment Financing programs. The scope includes preparing and submitting compliance reports as required by state TIF agreements on behalf of MDA. There is also an optional on-call contract opportunity to advise LMG on new proposed TIF deals and provide financial analysis.
