Description

Splendora ISD is soliciting proposals for a turnkey operator to manage the High School Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP), District Water Wells, and various campus lift stations including Piney Woods Elementary and the Ag Barn. The contract requires the vendor to provide all labor, supervision, chemicals, laboratory sampling, and professional engineering services for the 2029 permit renewal. The contract will begin on July 1, 2026, for one year with the option of four one-year renewals. Proposals must be submitted online through the Splendora ISD eBid System, and a pre-bid site walkthrough is scheduled for May 6, 2026, at 9 AM.
