Description

The National Capital Commission (NCC) is seeking qualified firms to provide Construction Management services for a Building Adaptation Project within a classified federal heritage complex in the National Capital Region. The services begin with a Pre-Construction Phase to support planning and design development, with potential subsequent phases under a CCDC 5B contract. The project involves a multi-phased, multi-design-package approach to support early works, risk mitigation, and schedule optimization within a restricted heritage site.
