Region 18 Education Service Center (Region 18 ESC) is soliciting proposals for Employee Benefit Plans for eligible individuals and their dependents. The contract will be awarded to the responder whose proposal is most advantageous to Region 18 ESC, considering price and other factors. The solicitation requires submission of at least two health plans, a PPO and a high deductible plan, comparable to TRS Active-Care.
