Description

Refugio County is seeking to contract with a qualified Engineering/Architectural/Surveying Firm(s) to prepare all preliminary and final design plans and specifications, and to conduct all necessary interim and final inspections. These services support the Refugio County Nature Based Kayak Park and Coastal Access Project, funded by GOMESA. The solicitation includes submission of proposals and statements of qualifications by May 7, 2026. The award will be presented during a Commissioners Court meeting on May 12, 2026.
