Updated Master Invitation for Bids - Domestic Commodity Procurement (MIFB-D) applicable for all Domestic Commodity Procurement Division solicitations issued on or after April 24, 2026.  The interested vendor list option of this notice will not be used.  For parties interested in selling commodities to USDA, please visit our website at: https://www.ams.usda.gov/commodity-procurement.
