The Bureau of Reclamation, Interior Region 10 California-Great Basin, is seeking to procure mechanical monitoring feedback kits for hydroelectric power generation units: - Government Buyer: - Bureau of Reclamation, Interior Region 10 California-Great Basin, Northern California Area Office (NCAO) - Acquisitions and Services Division, Supply and Services Branch - OEMs and Vendors: - Basler (specified as the reference OEM for the kits; "or equal" products are acceptable) - Products/Services Requested: - Seven (7) mechanical monitoring feedback kits for existing hydroelectric power generation units - Each kit includes: gate position/gate limit indicator & transmitters, speed adjust indicator & transmitter, redundant 24 Vdc power supply and terminal block kit, gate position transmitter assembly, gate limit transmitter assembly, 4.5" dual gate limit/position indicator, speed adjustment transmitter assembly, 4.5" speed adjustment indicator, 24Vdc power supplies, diode redundancy module, circuit breakers, and plug-in bases - Unique or Notable Requirements: - Kits must be Basler or equal (allowing for equivalent products from other manufacturers) - Firm-fixed price purchase order - Total small business set aside - Delivery, assembly, and testing required within 34 weeks after award - Delivery FOB destination to Shasta SMC Warehouse at USBR Shasta Dam, Shasta Lake, CA

Description

(i)This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with FAR part 13 and additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued.(ii) Solicitation number 140R2026Q0054 is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ).(iii) The solicitation documents and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2026-01, as of March 13, 2026.(iv) This acquisition is a total small business set aside. The NAICS code is 335313 and the size standard is 1,250 employees. (v) The contract line item is listed in the price schedule of the solicitation package. Please provide the total price for the firm-fixed price line items. (vi) This requirement is to procure mechanical monitoring feedback kits, please see the combined synopsis/solicitation for full list of required items.(vii) The delivery term is 34 weeks after receipt of order.(viii) The provision 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors -Commercial Products and Commercial Services, applies to this acquisition. The quote package will consist of the vendor¿s pricing information. (ix) The provision 52.212-2, Evaluation - Commercial Products and Commercial Services, applies to this acquisition. Refer to this provision for information.(x) The clause 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions - Commercial Products and Commercial Services, applies to this acquisition.
