Description
The City of Greenville, NC Community & Development Services Community Development Division is accepting proposals for the Affordable Homeownership Development project. The project involves developing attractive, affordable, sustainable, energy-efficient single-family homes on City-owned land in the West Greenville revitalization area. These homes will serve households earning up to 120% of Area Median Income (AMI). Successful developers will enter into a Professional Services Contract for design and construction with the City for one year.
