Locust Street, Covington, VA 24426 until 2:00 p.m. on May 6, 2026, at which time they will be publicly opened and read for the Covington Various Street Paving Projects. The work includes milling and paving of various streets within the City limits. It involves providing all labor, materials, machinery, tools, equipment, and other necessary means of construction as outlined in the project documents, including milling, base repair, and paving with specified materials.
