Lincoln Electric System is issuing a Request for Proposal (RFP) seeking a cloud-based Digital Asset Management (DAM) solution to create a single repository for large quantities of historical images, videos, audio, and graphics. The solution should provide a simple and intuitive user experience, efficient asset administration, and robust search capabilities to increase productivity. The contract term is three years with options to renew for two additional one-year periods. The project aims to migrate approximately 140,000+ media files currently stored in various locations to the new DAM system, with a planned launch and training completion by September 15, 2026.
