Description
The Port of Portland is soliciting proposals from experienced firms or teams capable of providing federal representation services. The scope involves securing lobbying services before Congress and the federal government to supplement and deepen the Port's federal work and maintain a consistent presence in Washington, D.C. The selected firm(s) will work with the Port's Federal Government Affairs Manager to determine lobbying needs, goals, objectives, and priorities for the term of the contract. The contract term may be up to 5 years.
