Description

The Department of Natural Resources is seeking bids for janitorial services at the French River Fisheries Office in Duluth, St. Louis County. The contract covers a two-year period from July 1, 2026, through June 30, 2028. The work includes labor, equipment, materials, tools, transportation, janitorial supplies, and cleaning duties such as disinfecting surfaces, bathrooms, appliances, vacuuming, mopping, dusting, window washing, and waste removal.
