The North Carolina Department of Public Safety, Division of Emergency Management (NCEM) is soliciting proposals to acquire the services of qualified vendors to provide Emergency Medical Services (EMS) in North Carolina during disaster response or medical surge events that overwhelm available resources. Services include ground basic, advanced life support, specialty care EMS, paratransit, rotor wing, fixed wing, and EMS and Nursing Personnel licensed by applicable State authorities. EMS services may be required to perform assignments at the State Emergency Operations Center (SEOC), in State-Coordinated response efforts, virtually, or other areas as assigned in North Carolina. This solicitation is open to qualified vendors located anywhere in the United States, including North Carolina, with no guaranteed minimums or maximums.
