Description

The City of Burlingame is soliciting proposals for janitorial services at various City-owned facilities. The contract term is three years starting July 1, 2026, with two one-year options at the City's discretion. Proposals must be submitted electronically via the PlanetBids System by April 24, 2026, 2:00 PM PST. A non-mandatory pre-proposal site walk is scheduled for April 15, 2026, at 9:00 AM PST. The award is subject to budget availability and the City reserves the right to reject any or all proposals.
