Description

This solicitation is for the replacement of six HVAC units at the Park Forest Office, with three additional units included as an additive alternate. The contractor is required to provide all labor, equipment, permits, incidentals, and materials necessary to remove old units and install new Carrier units or approved equals. The scope includes maintenance and preventative maintenance throughout the warranty period, which must be a minimum of two years. A mandatory pre-bid meeting is scheduled for May 1, 2026, at 9:00 am at the MAWSS Operations Center Board Room in Mobile, AL.
