Description

The Town of Glastonbury is soliciting proposals from qualified individuals or firms to provide revaluation services for all real estate within the town. The scope includes assisting the Town Assessor with a complete reappraisal and revaluation of all taxable and non-taxable real property, maintaining computerized assessment records using Vision Appraisal Software version 8.2, and complying with Connecticut General Statutes. The contract term is expected to start around August 2, 2026, and extend until approximately April 30, 2028, covering the completion of Board of Assessment Appeal hearings related to the October 1, 2027 revaluation project.
