This solicitation is for architectural and engineering services for the Bacon Academy Roof & Mechanical Project. Submittal packages must be addressed to the 1st Selectman, Bernie Dennler, and submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked with the solicitation number by 2:00 p.m. on May 26, 2026. Bid packages will be opened and recorded at 2:00 p.m. on May 26, 2026, at Town Hall, Room #1, 127 Norwich Avenue. Qualifications will be reviewed at the May 26, 2026, Regular Meeting of the Bacon Roof Project Building Committee at 7:00 p.m. at the Colchester Senior Center.
