Description

The New York City Department of Housing Preservation and Development (HPD) intends to enter into a sole source negotiation to maintain and update digital georeferenced raster imagery data and PDF maps known as Sanborn Maps. These maps are used by environmental units, architects, engineers, planners, and developers for land use, environmental remediation, architectural planning, and development site analysis. Sanborn Maps is a proprietary product maintained solely by The Sanborn Map Company, Inc.
