Description

The Office of the Chief Electoral Officer (OCEO) requires the production of resealable clear plastic bags in various sizes and quantities as specified in the Statement of Work. These bags are used to organize and store electoral material and kits for a general election. The contract period is from the effective date until March 31, 2027, with options to extend for two additional two-year periods under the same terms. Canadian suppliers and suppliers from applicable trading partners are eligible to submit proposals. Proposals must be submitted electronically via Canada Post's Connect service, in person, or by mail, and must be addressed to the Contracting Authority before the deadline.
