The National Capital Commission (NCC) is seeking qualified firms to provide Construction Management services for a Building Adaptation Project within a classified federal heritage complex in the National Capital Region. The services begin with a Pre-Construction Phase to support planning and design development, with potential for subsequent Early Works and Full Construction phases under a CCDC 5B contract. The project involves a multi-phased, multi-design-package approach to support early works, risk mitigation, and schedule optimization in a restricted and technically complex heritage site. Scope includes demolition and replacement of Wing A with a new Zero Carbon-certified building, rehabilitation and recladding of Wing M1, and exterior works such as landscaping and structural reinstatements.
