The Village of Boyle and Athabasca County are seeking a consultant or consortium of consultants in land use planning and engineering to develop an Intermunicipal Development Plan (IDP). The proposal may also include updating the current Intermunicipal Collaboration Framework (ICF) to comply with current legislative requirements. This Request for Proposal aims to address both the development of the IDP and the optional update of the ICF. The project is located in Alberta, and the response deadline is May 22, 2026.
