Description

This project involves targeted upgrades to four public washrooms on the first floor, including restoring and resealing heritage floor tiles, repairing and colour-matching damaged heritage wall tiles, replacing deteriorated metal partitions, refinishing wood entrance doors and frames, updating accessories, patching and painting walls and ceilings, and other upgrades as outlined in the Design Drawings and Specifications. The contractor is expected to work closely with the BGIS project team to ensure quality and presentation standards are met.
