Description

Halifax Water is seeking a service provider for the environmentally responsible collection and disposal of chemical waste from its water facilities. The waste includes chemical spills, expired and contaminated products, lab reagents, and other hazardous materials such as corrosive substances and cyanide-containing lab reagent waste. The contractor will be responsible for picking up, removing, and disposing of these chemical waste products from various Halifax Water Facilities throughout the Halifax Regional Municipality (HRM).
