BGIS seeks to qualify and establish Vendor of Record Lists for general contractor services related to low and medium-complexity projects with construction budgets ranging from approximately $30,000 to $2,000,000 in specific areas of Ontario, Canada. This RFQP is intended for new vendors who do not currently hold a Master Service Agreement for general contracting work with Infrastructure Ontario and BGIS. Proof of presence in the regions applied for is required. Vendors with an existing signed BGIS MSA for GC work on the Infrastructure Ontario account are not required to resubmit.
