AIMCo, an Alberta Crown Corporation, is seeking consulting services to modernize its electronic records management using Microsoft Purview and Microsoft 365. - Government Buyer: - Alberta Investment Management Corporation (AIMCo) - OEMs Highlighted: - Microsoft (Microsoft Purview, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Outlook) - Vendors/Consultants: - Proponents must be Microsoft Solutions Partners for Security (or equivalent) - Products/Services Requested: - Consulting services to design and implement Microsoft Purview Records Management across AIMCo's Microsoft 365 environment - Includes assessment, strategy and roadmap development, pilot implementation, training, and deployment support - Develop and guide phased deployment of retention labels and adoption strategy - Ensure compliance with Government of Alberta records management requirements - Notable Requirements: - Proponents must have completed at least three enterprise implementations of Microsoft Purview Records Management - At least one resource must hold Microsoft Certified: Information Security Administrator Associate (SC-401) or equivalent - Contract is time and materials, capped at $150,000 CAD - Initial term is 6 months, with up to four 6-month extension options - Place of Performance: - AIMCo offices in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada

Description

This NRFP solicits proposals for the Electronic Records Management Initiative by AIMCo Alberta Investment Management Corporation. The project aims to modernize records management using Microsoft Purview and Microsoft 365 capabilities to establish a compliant and efficient enterprise-wide framework. The scope includes designing and guiding the implementation of Microsoft Purview Records Management, delivering a defensible records lifecycle aligned with regulatory obligations, and developing an implementation roadmap and adoption strategy. The contract duration is 6 months with options for four additional 6-month periods.
