The Newfoundland and Labrador Housing Corporation (NLHC) is seeking a contractor to provide comprehensive lawn maintenance services for multiple residential and community sites in the East Area of St. John's and surrounding areas, NL. - Government Buyer: - Newfoundland and Labrador Housing Corporation (NLHC) - Products/Equipment Requirements: - Minimum equipment includes: - 2 Kubota ZD Series (or equivalent) zero-turn mowers - 2 Kubota GR210 Series (or equivalent) mowers - 6 self-propelled walk-behind lawn mowers - 6 string trimmers - Vehicles and/or trailers for equipment transport - Kubota is referenced as the OEM for equipment type; equivalents are acceptable - Services Requested: - Lawn maintenance services including mowing, trimming, raking, debris removal, and general upkeep of grassed areas - Regular mowing schedule: every 10 days until early September, then every 14 days until contract end (total 16 cuts) - Maintenance of sidewalks and pathways at specified locations - Notable Requirements: - Contractor must supply all labor, materials, equipment, and services - Equipment must be available for inspection by NLHC - Adherence to safety and insurance standards is mandatory - Electronic bid submission and bid security required - Locations: - Multiple specified sites in St. John's, including Alexander Street (Victoria Manor), Anderson Avenue, Buckmasters Circle, Cochrane Manor, Graves Street, Livingstone Street, Pleasantville Apartments, and others - Contract Duration: - May to October (one season), with an option to extend for one additional year
