Alberta Transportation and Economic Corridors is requesting proposals for engineering consultant services related to the twinning of Highway 28:02 in Alberta. The work includes preliminary engineering, detailed design, contract tendering, construction supervision, contract administration, post construction activities, and warranty inspection for roadway and bridges. The project is divided into two contracts covering grading, granular base course, asphalt concrete pavement, and bridge work at various segments along Highway 28.
