Description

The City of Wetaskiwin is seeking a qualified consulting partner to deliver Phase 0 services for the replacement of the City’s Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system. The consultant will conduct ERP visioning and strategic planning, lead requirements development, prepare a comprehensive ERP System Replacement RFP, provide evaluation tools and demonstration scripts, and facilitate the subsequent procurement and negotiations with ERP vendors. The scope also includes an optional, separately priced add-on for implementation advisory services during the ERP implementation phase.
