Description

This solicitation is for the construction of an elevated, 1-story, 8,200 square foot core and shell building addition at the concourse level of Terminal 2 East. The addition will accommodate the future expansion of the existing Lounge (by others) and will include fireproof-encapsulated steel members, a metal panel and curtainwall glazing exterior envelope, and a PVC roof matching adjacent construction. The project also involves constructing a new open-air egress stair from the concourse to the apron level, removing and replacing one existing adjacent open-air egress stair, pavement replacement at the apron level, restriping, and signage.
