The Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 6, awarded an Emergency sole source contract with BLUE CORD DESIGN AND CONSTRUCTION, LLC for Emergency Piping Liner Installation, at the Asheville VA Medical Center (VAMC). Justification for this sole source procurement is in accordance with VAAR 819.7008 Sole source awards to a certified service-disabled veteran-owned small business. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. No solicitation documents are available and telephone requests will not be accepted. Responses will be considered by the Government, however, a determination by the Government not to compete the proposed acquisition based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
