This opportunity seeks contractors to provide maintenance and repair services for relocatable modular facilities at Eglin Air Force Base under the Air Force Test Center (AFTC). - Government Buyer: - Department of Defense, Air Force Materiel Command, Air Force Test Center (AFTC), FA2823 AFTC PZIO office - Products/Services Requested: - Maintenance and repair services for government-owned relocatable (modular controlled) units - Contractors must provide all management, personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other resources as defined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS) - OEMs and Vendors: - No specific OEMs or vendors are named in the solicitation - Unique/Notable Requirements: - Non-personal services contract - Comprehensive provision of all resources required for facility maintenance and repair - Work must be performed at Eglin Air Force Base, a federal military installation

Notice to Offeror(s)/Supplier(s): Funds are not presently available for this effort. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs.This is a non-personnel services contract to provide facility maintenance and repair to government owned to relocatable facilities (modular controlled units). The contractor shall provide all management, personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform facility maintenance as defined in this Performance Work Statement (PWS).
