Description

The scope includes all roof areas, associated sheet metal components, complete removal and replacement of exterior sealant joints, wet sealing of glass fenestrations, and maintenance/repairs to lintels, shelf angles, and exposed structural steel. Additional work includes interim repairs to copings using a PMMA coating system and structural repairs/modifications to columns and soffit replacement as alternates.
