Description
The County of San Diego is soliciting bids for a Job Order Contract (JOC) No. 377 for C-10 Electrical Contractor and C-28 Lock and Security Equipment Contractor with a Continental Access Installation Certification and Alarm Company Operator (ACO) Contractor license. This competitively bid, firm fixed priced indefinite quantity contract includes detailed repair and remodel tasks with established unit prices for work on buildings, structures, or other real property at various locations throughout the County. The contract requires the successful offeror to furnish all management, labor, materials, and equipment needed to perform the work. The contract has a maximum value of $1,500,000 and a base period of 12 months from the notice of contract award or until the maximum contract value is expended, whichever occurs first.
