Description
New Caney ISD is conducting this procurement on behalf of SPA for Ice Cream/Frozen Juice Products to establish a contract with possible multiple vendors for use by eligible organizations participating in School Purchasing Alliance Cooperative. The initial contract will begin July 01, 2026 and end June 30, 2027, with the option for four additional one-year extensions upon mutual approval. The district reserves the right to award to a single exclusive vendor or multiple vendors and to negotiate terms, conditions, scope of work, and prices prior to award. Vendors submitting paper proposals must submit one original and mark the envelope accordingly.
