The City of Milpitas is seeking pricing from qualified vendors to provide citywide printing, design, mailing, postage, and related services for various departments and initiatives for up to five years. The services include routine administrative documents as well as large-scale, high-quality print jobs for public outreach, events, and marketing materials. Multiple contracts may be awarded for each service area. Quantities in the pricing proposal are estimates and contract award does not guarantee city orders.
