Description

The City of Cheyenne is requesting proposals from experienced firms to develop CheyenneNext, the city's next comprehensive plan. This plan aims to honor the original 2007 PlanCheyenne and shift towards a modern, community-driven approach. The selected firm will be required to sign a professional services agreement and provide a Certificate of Insurance. Proposals must be submitted electronically via the City's eProcurement Portal by May 28, 2026, and must include a technical proposal and a separate price proposal.
