Description

This Request for Proposal (RFP) seeks sealed proposals to establish contracts through competitive negotiation for Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) Engineering, Commissioning, and Testing, Adjusting and Balancing (TAB) services. These services will be provided as needed by the County of Albemarle and the School Board of Albemarle County. The contract period is for one year from the date of award, with the option to renew for three additional one-year terms. Proposals must be submitted electronically or via a secure lockbox by May 27, 2026, at 2:00 PM ET. No pre-proposal conference is scheduled for this solicitation.
