The City of Annapolis Department of Transportation is seeking bids for the supply and installation of a new set of four heavy-duty mobile lift columns for its maintenance workshop. - Government Buyer: - City of Annapolis, Department of Transportation, Central Purchasing Office - Products and Services Requested: - One set of four (4) heavy-duty mobile lift columns - Each column must have a lifting capacity of 22,000 lbs - Wireless smart control system required - Hydraulic lifting system - Must meet ANSI/ALI-ALCTV certification and industry safety standards - All equipment must be new, current model, and delivered operational - Minimum one-year warranty on parts and labor (option for up to five years) - Removal and proper disposal of the existing Advantage Life Systems ramp lift - Installation of new lift columns, including all necessary permits and safety measures - Cleanup of work area after installation - Training for City personnel on new equipment - Startup and testing by a factory-authorized service contractor - Unique/Notable Requirements: - Shop drawings must be submitted and approved prior to purchase - Installation must be coordinated to minimize disruption to facility operations - Contractor responsible for all permits, safety, and property protection - Davis Bacon wage requirements apply - Participation from disadvantaged, minority, and emerging business enterprises is encouraged - No specific OEMs or part numbers are mandated, but the existing system to be removed is from Advantage Life Systems - Fixed price contract; no bid or surety bonds required

This procurement involves the supply and installation of one set of four heavy-duty mobile lift columns for the Department of Transportation in Annapolis, Maryland. The scope includes removing and properly disposing of the existing Advantage Life Systems ramp lift, furnishing and installing the new lift columns in an existing maintenance workshop, cleanup, and training. Interested parties are invited to attend a pre-bid meeting and site visit.
