Morrow County, Oregon is seeking to establish a pool of qualified contractors for on-call electrical and low voltage services across county facilities and public properties. - Government Buyer: - Morrow County (local government) - Scope of Services: - On-call electrical maintenance, repair, troubleshooting, and emergency response - Installation and upgrades of electrical systems, lighting, and equipment - Low voltage systems: structured cabling (Cat6/Cat6A), fiber optic cabling, network racks, conduit, and device mounting - Security and access control: card readers, keypad entry, electric strikes, magnetic locks, CCTV, surveillance, intercoms, and gate entry - Communications and controls: telephone/VoIP cabling, public address, paging, Wi-Fi cabling, radio communication, building automation, irrigation controls, and gate operators - Testing, repair, diagnostics, and support services (including project estimating, permit coordination, inspections, and documentation) - Requirements: - Contractors must hold a valid Oregon Electrical Contractor License - Minimum two years of relevant experience - Ability to provide emergency response - Insurance: $2M general liability, $1M auto liability, and workers compensation - Pricing based on hourly labor rates, equipment rates, and material markups - OEMs and Vendors: - No specific OEMs or vendors are named; opportunity is open to all qualified contractors - Unique/Notable Requirements: - No guaranteed minimum work; assignments are made via task orders on an as-needed basis - The contract term is two years with an optional renewal - The County may reopen the pool to add more vendors as needed

Morrow County is soliciting Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) to establish a Pooled Vendor List for On-Call Electrical and Low Voltage Services. The services include electrical maintenance, repair, installation, upgrades, low voltage systems, security and access control, communications and controls, testing, repair, diagnostics, and support services. The contract term is two years with an optional renewal, and work will be assigned via task orders on an as-needed basis. Submittals are due by May 7, 2026, at 2:00 PM PST, and the County reserves the right to accept or reject any submittal.
