Description
The solicitation is for providing all variable frequency drives (VFDs) for use in systems across Volusia County School Board facilities, including associated installation, repair, and start-up services on an as-needed basis. The primary drive specification is the ABB Series ACH 580, but equivalent drives from other manufacturers may be accepted if they meet technical and performance standards. The vendor must demonstrate capability and authorization to supply, install, configure, and service VFDs in an educational facility environment. All VFDs must meet or exceed the technical specifications outlined in the solicitation, and the District reserves the right to approve or reject any proposed equivalent drives.
