Woodland Boulevard, DeLand, FL) - Products/Services Requested: - Maintenance Rating Program (MRP) evaluation at randomly selected locations - Requires certified personnel and attendance at annual MRP workshops - Electronic and hard copy inspection reports - Rest area and weigh station inspections for all facilities in District Five - Field inspection sheets due within two weeks; electronic reports (with photos) due within two business days - Data entry into Department SharePoint system - E-maintenance data collection - Inventory and inspection of guardrail, end treatments, crash cushions, cable barrier, and highway lighting - Use of Department-approved e-maintenance databases and forms - Photo documentation required - Data entry/clerical support for maintenance program - Quantities: - Estimated annual hours: 2,080 for MRP & Rest Area Inspection Technician, 1,040 for E-Maintenance Technician, 580 for Data Entry/Clerical - Unique/Notable Requirements: - Personnel must be certified for MRP evaluations - Strict compliance with Florida statutes and Department procedures - Use of Department-approved forms, databases, and reporting systems - Contract term is one year, with possible renewal up to three years - Total authorized funding as of July 1, 2026: $200,000 - No specific OEMs or commercial vendors are named in the solicitation - All bidders must be registered in MyFloridaMarketplace and, if out-of-state, authorized to do business in Florida
