Description
This solicitation is for the purchase of Species Habitat Conservation Credits to offset habitat impacts to Sand and Bluetail Mole Skink associated with Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) projects primarily in Polk, Hardee, and Highlands Counties. The contract is a 24-month term during which the vendor agrees to furnish wetland mitigation bank credits on an as-needed basis to meet the Department's mitigation needs. Vendors must have approved banking instruments and available federal and/or state wetland mitigation bank credits or conservation bank credits that meet the solicitation requirements. Delivery will be made within 14 days of receipt of purchase order, including confirmation of formal adjustments to state and federal ledgers approved by regulatory agencies.
